Safety
Nothing is more important than protecting the safety of our employees and everyone who intersects with our work and workplaces. We recognize that safety is the outcome of continual, vigorous and rigorous attention to planning, training, equipment and action at every level and by everyone throughout our organization. This is summarized in our Health and Safety Policy, which is posted prominently in every office and is the basis for safety standards and procedures that are at the forefront of our practices and habits. We have a company-wide Vice President of Health and Safety who leads our coordinated effort, monthly monitoring and reviews, safety committees, and safety managers and/or coordinators throughout the firm. We pay strict attention to all applicable regulations and standards and maintain robust protocols and procedures towards a 'safety-first' environment.
